Speaking

Emma was a valuable and inspiring speaker. Her willingness to share her story with authenticity and raw honesty made her an outstanding speaker. However, it was her effort in providing real and specific tools that provided outstanding value and the amount of time she took to connect with so many women in business that resonated with her message that made her a true highlight of the evening. Emma covered everything from her growth journey as a business woman to how to find confidence and identity through to demonstrating practical tools our audience could use to do the same. Her contribution was original and inspiring. She spoke with such confidence and engaging authenticity that had the entire room hanging on her every word and impacted for the better. She is a true asset to any audience.

Self-confidence is so important in the workplace. Having confidence at work allows employees to comfortably take risks, have better working relationships, cope with challenges and assists employee development. I was extremely happy with the service Emma provided to CR’s women forum to assist women find their “core” confidence as we work in such a male dominated industry. This is so prevalent and important and the feedback from CR female employees was overwhelming with Kudos to Emma. Everyone each had something to take away and collectively we all learned something new. I recommend Emma to consult with your workplace to share her knowledge to build confident employees.

Emma was a really wonderful presenter. Her presentation was very captivating and her insights into the latest studies on gender and the impact of the pandemic on women were really interesting, set the scene and I think struck a chord with a number of people in the room. Overall it was a really great session and I feel the group took a lot away from it.

Emma was a moderator at our last Global Conference (2019), is a prolific presenter for Australia Chapter events and will be a speaker at our next International conference in Punta Cana, 2023. ​​Emma has an engaging presence. She maintains control of her audience, and subsequent Q&A, has mastery of her subject and delivers with passion and clarity. Her presentations are always ground-breaking and thought provoking. Her subject matter offers a different perspective by pushing boundaries and thinking ‘outside the box’. Essential ingredients if our members are to grow and develop their knowledge and experience. One of the main reasons for her success is how she portrays what she is saying. Her extensive research, and physical examples of how to incorporate, mean her belief is contagious. She encourages us to try things out, to discover for ourselves, and to rethink old thought and behaviours. It’s part lecture and part therapy! Emma is very amenable to suggestions and easy to converse with. She is open to ideas and answers quickly – something I really value. Her sessions make the individual feel ‘listened to’. Her sessions are not about her, or any ego, but centred on wanting the best for the attendee. Emma definitely owns her gift of presenting, and speaking, to audiences of all sizes. Her previous career as a lawyer, added to her new role within the image industry, make her a compelling choice.

We loved having Emma present at our conference. Throughout Emma’s presentation, she brought a world of energy and intelligence. Emma connected on a really deep level with our audience, they left with so many practical revelations and life-changing thoughts. Corresponding with Emma as we organised and prepped for the event was a piece of cake, nothing was too hard and Emma went out of her way to help bring a fantastic experience together for our delegates.”

Emma is an exceptionally engaging speaker, sharing in a way that was funny, raw and authentic. Her message totally exceeded our expectations: I think a lot of women thought that her talk would be superficial and mostly focussed on fashion and how to dress but the overwhelming response was women felt more confident in their unique identities, knowing that we are not a blank canvas but a masterpiece, with an individual calling on our lives. The practical session was valuable too as it helped us understand how to frame ourselves according to personality, colouring and shape.

Emma was entertaining but also down to earth and did an excellent job of interpreting the topic and presenting in a clear and relatable way. She showed great initiative and ability to adapt to time needs. We also really appreciated her availability after the presentation to talk with guests individually, this was a big value add.
